Welcome to the Meglio Fitness Blog

I would like to personally thank you all for checking out my blog! As a strength and conditioning coach I will provide you with my thoughts on how to get bigger, faster, stronger and an all around better athlete. For those of you who are not athletes do not worry, because this blog is also dedicated to people who love to train and love to get stronger.
