-Do not train like a body builder
-Focus on full body workouts
-Make sure to especially train the core and posterior chain (including upper back)
-Play as many sports as possible when young
-Make eating and sleeping a priority
-Technique before Weight
-Increase relative body strength
-Perform a movement prep daily, especially before workouts and sports
-Less video games, more physical activities
-Always train hard, take nothing for granted
